With a wealth of experience spanning various roles within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), she brings a compassionate and comprehensive approach to her work.

As the founder of Autism Complete in 2014, Ms. Andrews has demonstrated a commitment to providing educational and therapeutic support to children and their families for over a decade. Her background as a paraprofessional, teacher, therapist, consultant, trainer, BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), and now clinical director has equipped her with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the needs of her clients.
